By accessing or using NexPrices ("the Site", "we", "us"), located at nexprices.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational use only

All content on NexPrices — including prices, charts, spreads, indicators, calculators and articles — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using NexPrices you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. No account required

You may browse the Site without registering. Preferences (favorites, alerts, chart settings) are stored locally in your browser and are your responsibility to back up. Clearing your browser data will erase them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Scrape, mirror, republish or resell data from the Site in a way that violates the terms of our upstream data providers or these Terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Site (DDoS, scraping at abusive rates, brute force, etc.).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
  • Introduce viruses, worms, trojans or other malicious code to the Site.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos and code are owned by NexPrices or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Market data and third-party widgets remain the property of their respective owners. You may share excerpts of our blog articles online provided you credit NexPrices with a link back to the original article.

6. User submissions

If you email us feedback, suggestions or corrections, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the Site. Do not send us anything confidential.

7. Third-party services

The Site embeds or links to third-party services such as TradingView, Binance, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance and Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or policies of those services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Advertising

NexPrices displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and potentially other networks. Ads are labelled and are separate from our editorial content. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy of data. We do not warrant that prices are accurate, complete or free from delay, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexPrices, its contributors, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any interruption or termination of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexPrices and its contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexPrices is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
