Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how NexPrices ("we", "us", or the "Site"), operating on nexprices.com, collects, uses and shares information about visitors. We designed this policy to be readable — not a wall of legalese.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account to use NexPrices. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the Site:

  • Log data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps. Used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate statistics.
  • Local preferences — favorites, alerts, chart preferences and UI settings stored in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used by us for basic functionality and by third-party services (see below) for analytics and advertising.

We do not knowingly collect government IDs, payment card numbers, health information, or precise geolocation.

2. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
  • Diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Understand aggregate visitor trends and popular content.
  • Serve relevant advertising through our advertising partners.
  • Respond to your emails and support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — operating and securing the Site, understanding aggregate usage.
  • Consent — advertising cookies and non-essential analytics, where required by law.
  • Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on NexPrices. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info. EU visitors can additionally use youronlinechoices.eu.

For more information about how Google uses data on partner sites, see Google's partner site policy.

5. Cookies

We use three broad categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (session, security).
  • Preferences — remember your favorites, alerts and layout. Stored in browser localStorage.
  • Advertising & analytics — set by Google AdSense and analytics providers. You can control these via your browser or via the opt-out links in section 4.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may break parts of the Site.

6. Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

7. Third-party data providers

Market data is fetched from public APIs including CoinGecko, Binance, Yahoo Finance, open.er-api.com and TradingView widgets. Loading these widgets and endpoints may cause the respective provider to receive your IP address and browser information, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not share personal data with these providers beyond what is technically required to request the data.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

  • Hosting and CDN providers to deliver the Site.
  • Advertising partners as described in section 4.
  • Law enforcement when required by law.

9. Data retention and security

We retain server logs only as long as needed to operate the Site securely — typically 30 to 90 days. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

10. Children

NexPrices is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email us at hinmeihikura85@gmail.com with the subject [Privacy]. We aim to respond within 30 days.

12. International transfers

Our servers and third-party providers may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Site you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
